Examination Results 2023

Since starting tutoring in January 2020, I have worked with many students preparing for GCSE examinations. The pandemic was not without its challenges. June 2020 exams were cancelled, Nov 20 saw a resit student improve by 2 grades and the Class of 21 worked under a will they, won't they happen scenario for many months.  June 21 saw a 100% pass rate via teacher assessment. 
In 2022 external exams did happen. I am delighted to report my tutees achieved a pass rate over 15% above the national figure. A fantastic result; evidence of their effort and willingness to follow the advice of their English subject teachers and myself.

June 2023 brought another set of pleasing results with all students achieving or exceeding their target grades - some by two grades.

Nov 2023 resit results saw a 100% pass rate at grade 5. Year 12/13 students can now continue their academic careers knowing they have a secure pass in GCSE English language.
